“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.”
About me

I specialize in helping preteens, teens, young adults, and their families reconnect with what matters most: their values, their sense of meaning, and each other. I've had the privilege of working with young people and families from many walks of life, across socioeconomic backgrounds, races, ethnicities, and gender identities, and I welcome you exactly as you are. I'm here to listen deeply, walk alongside you, and help you make sense of your experiences at your own pace. Where words fall short, creativity and expressive arts can help us find language for what you're carrying.
My career began in forensic interviewing, listening to kids' deepest hurts, and I felt an undeniable call to create a space for healing. Now a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with over two years in juvenile justice, I provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive, person-centered care. While I draw on multiple therapeutic approaches to meet you where you are, I have an affinity for logotherapy and its belief that we can find purpose, even in pain.
Watching your child struggle can leave you worried and unsure what to do next, and you deserve support too. Whether you're a parent looking for support or a young person ready to be heard, I'd love to connect. Reach out to schedule a free consultation and see if we're a good fit.
Services
Two ways to work together
Choose what fits, or mix it up as life changes.
Walk & Talk
We meet at a greenbelt or trail in Austin and talk while we walk. Movement and fresh air tend to lower defenses — many teens especially find it easier to open up side-by-side than face-to-face.
Walk & talk sessions are a great fit for clients who feel restless sitting still, or who simply love being outdoors. Weather and accessibility needs are always discussed ahead of time.
Virtual
Secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions for clients located anywhere in Texas. Virtual sessions are ideal for busy schedules, limited transportation, or simply preferring the comfort of home.
Many clients stick with virtual full-time, and others mix it with walk & talk sessions depending on the week — we can build that flexibility in together.
$110 per session for individual and walk & talk sessions. A limited number of sliding-scale spots may be available — ask during your consultation.
Private pay only. As an LPC Associate, I'm not yet able to bill insurance directly, but I can provide a superbill so you can seek reimbursement for out-of-network mental health benefits, if available.
